SUPERVISOR

LOADERS Wanganui is a third generation family owned company with over 65 years in the civil contracting industry. LOADERS prides itself on having a skilled workforce and technologically advanced machinery. LOADERS is well established and highly regarded, specialising in roading, drainage, earthworks, retaining walls, subdivisions and site works. Our staff excel in an environment underpinned by our core values developed from over 65 years of successful operation. We continue to enjoy a strong current and forward workload. 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Site Supervisor to be part of our successful LOADERS team. Site Supervisor is a hands-on role, they are responsible for leading a team on site to complete projects to a high standard in a timely and safe fashion. 

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Civil works experience 
• The ability to communicate effectively with team members,  management and the public
• Effective planning and organisational skills
• Leadership skills to collaborate with, motivate and develop others in your team
• Reliable, physically fit and motivated and driven
• Appreciation of Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements in the civil industry
• Drug free
• Applicants must have a NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
